Spas and spa culture are at the forefront of our minds. The company was established to provide spas with the professional treatment and product services required to stay at the forefront of the industry. We continue to answer our spa customers' needs today with on-going development of new products, aromatherapy treatments, retail support and extensive education and training.
However, a client's aromatherapy experience should not finish in the spa. Our retail products are created for spa customers to take with them to recreate their sensory journey at home and continue the benefits of their spa treatment at home.

Our signature aromatherapy massage
This is at the core of each of our treatments. It uses carefully applied spinal pressures that target the nervous system and stimulate nerve cell activity. Each spinal nerve supplies life energy to all tissues, glands and organs in the body. The stimulation of these nerves acts to release congestion and bring back into balance the systems of the body affected by physical or mental stress.
At the same time, the essential oils absorbed into the body have the power to penetrate the bloodstream and enhance cellular activity, such as optimising the cellular renewal process, enhancing blood circulation and encouraging localised detoxification, and their aromas have the ability to reach the deepest parts of our brain, touching our mood and emotions.
Each treatment is developed for a specific purpose using a pre-selected combination of products to give a beneficial result.

Aromatherapy Associates has highly experienced trainers who provide excellent tuition at our fully fitted training premises in London. We offer a programme of Essential, Specialist and Refresher courses, including training in the theory of Aromatherapy and our unique massage, scrub & wrap and facial treatments, together with full product knowledge and retail sales technique.
We aim to provide the ultimate aromatherapy experience for our clients. Our account managers are all knowledgeable therapists who are available to give continued support to your spa. We also have an in-house sales administration team dedicated to giving the best customer service.
Aromatherapy Associates offers comprehensive sales and marketing support to your spa, including individual staff incentive programs to grow sales and keep teams motivated. We also work closely with our PR company to provide continuous national and international coverage in both trade and consumer publications.
