We’re delighted to now offer a collection service at our London flagship stores. See below for answers to frequently asked questions. How do I arrange collection?
During the checkout process you will be given a selection of delivery options. Please select store pick up and follow the steps to arrange collection at your preferred store, date and time. We will e-mail you to confirm your order has been received. You will receive a second e-mail once your order is ready for collection. Please remember to bring your order confirmation e-mail (either printed out or on your phone) and payment card used with you to collect your products.
Can I collect my order on the same day?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that your order will be available on the same day. Please state your preferred date and time to collect your order and we will contact you via e-mail as soon as it’s available. If your preferred date and time has passed and you have not received an e-mail, please contact the store from the information below and a team member will be happy to assist you.
Is my order ready to be collected?
When you order is available in store you will receive an e-mail. Please remember to bring your order confirmation and payment card with you.
I cannot collect my order today.
We will keep your order for 14 days, after this time we will refund your order. If you would like to keep your order for longer, please contact the store quoting your name and order reference.
What do I need to collect my order?
Please ensure that you bring your order confirmation e-mail and the card that you used to pay for your order.
Can someone else collect my order?
We're happy for someone else to collect your order. They will need to bring the order confirmation e-mail or number with them and in order to prevent fraud, we also require them to bring photographic ID (passport or drivers licence) with them.

We now ship to Europe and the rest of the worls, our delivery options in the check out area should automatically give you appropriate delivery options.
If you would like to order products for delivery outside the UK and EU, then please enquire about our International Delivery Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone us +44 (0)20 8569 7030 to place an order and be advised on shipping costs.
If your delivery address is within the United Kingdom, no additional taxes will be charged to you. If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.
Please note that when shipping goods to outside the United Kingdom, cross border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In respect of all goods dispatched to you at an address outside of the United Kingdom, you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.
Royal Mail delivers the majority of our parcels. We use First Class services depending on weight, delivery service selected and cost. This way we can keep costs low and in turn pass these savings on to you.
Depending on how quickly the items are required and the size/value of your order, we may use UK Mail for our Guaranteed Delivery service.
