Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, having worked in Hong Kong for over six years, Samantha is a CIDESCO therapist graduate from Thalia Shaer International. More recently Samantha has contributed to the success of Four Seasons Hong Kong as Best Hotel Spa in Asia at the SpaAsia Crystal Awards 2007. Prior to this, she was Spa Director for ISPA, Intercontinental Hotel Hong Kong, and the Senior Spa Manager for Mandara Spa onboard the Silversea Cruise fleet.

Bernadette, also from native South Africa, has lived in Hong Kong for three years and is, too, a CIDESCO qualified therapist. For four years, she was International Trainer for Matis Paris, and more recently worked for hotel and spa group Mandarin Oriental, winning AsiaSpa In-Spa Training of the Year Award 2006.
