CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you would like your order changed after you have placed it then please contact us via email as soon as possible and we will do our best to meet your request, however depending on when the item was packed then it may not always be possible to cancel or change an order. To find out the status of your order you can log in to your account area and if the order has not been packed or dispatched then we can cancel the order for you.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

If you wish to return any items to us that you have bought you may do so if the following conditions are met:
1. You have not used the products
2. You return them to us within 30 days of your original purchase
3. After your goods are recieved a replacement will be shipped or a full refund applied to your payment card.

TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

Products do not show inclusive of Sales Tax. Your tax is applied based on the delivery address of the order. Your order will be updated at the checkout to show the tax which is applicable to your location.
