Customer Service Advisor

Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor

Responsible for: Customer Liaison and Service

Primary Objectives: To consistently deliver outstanding customer service.

Location: London Head Office, Brentford, United Kingdom

Position Summary: This is a is permanent full time role based at our Brentford Head Office. Hours are 37.5 hours per week, 9am to 5.30pm.

Job Duties:

  • Website – retrieve and process all orders placed online and manage through to warehouse.
  • Order Processing – Input all orders received over the telephone and email into our database and manage through to warehouse.
  • Provide telephone and web support to customers and upsell where ever possible.
  • Accurately raise credit notes and process payments through our online terminal.
  • Tracking orders
  • Assist the sales team (help inform accounts with current promotions and new launches)
  • Handle complaints/queries – ensuring that they processed through to completion and escalated where necessary
  • Ensure specific time schedules are achieved to guarantee on time delivery in the UK and Worldwide.
  • Prepare customs paperwork dependant on various countries requirements
  • Ad hoc/Finance Admin

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience within a Customer Service environment
  • Ability to liaise with up to and including senior management
  • Strong IT skills – Excel in particular

  • 5 GCSE’s or equivalent (A-C Grade) including Maths and English
