Digital Accounts Assistant

Reports to: Senior National Account Manager Retail

Responsible for: Digital Account Development & Sales Administration

Location: London Head Office, Brentford, United Kingdom

Primary Objectives: Achieve wholesale targets by developing each account to full potential. Suggest and execute bespoke brand plans for retailer. Maintain excellent relationships with all customers and act as point person for communication within the business. Internal office-based liaison for Senior National Account Manager.

Position Summary: We are recruiting a Digital Accounts Assistant based in our Brentford Head Office to work with the Senior National Account Manager, Retail, to build and maintain excellent relationships with our digital wholesale customers in order to maximise sales and achieve targets by developing each account to it’s full potential. Working with the Senior National Account Manager, Retail you will also suggest, develop and execute bespoke brand plans for each retailer. This is a is permanent full-time role based at our Brentford Head Office. Hours are 37.5 hours per week, 9 am to 5.30pm.


Job Duties:

  • Develop and execute the brand plan for each customer (from the master plan)
  • Plan individual, non-clashing, activity calendars including support, kits, bundles
  • Day to day control of customer stock management systems & updates
  • Complete all New Line Forms
  • Manage online visual merchandising, navigation and brand image
  • Support Senior National Account Manager for all account administration management
  • Manage to sell in / sell out reporting
  • Partner with Senior Managers to develop and subsequently implement brand plans
  • Participate in weekly and monthly sales and trade meetings
  • Sell-in new products/marketing programs on time and to a target level
  • Active review of websites for grey market stock & activity

    Retail:

  • Own and complete new line form process

    Boxes:

  • Own and manage “Boxes” channel – from approval to delivery
  • Report new opportunities to VP of sales

    Sales and Budgeting:

  • Take a proactive approach in developing the business with each customer
  • Analyse, plan and execute appropriate marketing programs
  • Be aware of and report where necessary competitors and their activity

    Logistics:

  • Maintain good working relationships with warehouse and ensure customer service level is maintained or improved
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams on forecasting & supply issues especially in advance of events that may impact sales
  • Internal office-based liaison for Senior National Account Manager

    Admin:

  • Never late on deliverables
  • All other admin tasks as assigned
