Chamomile, Sandalwood & Vetivert
- Start your ritual by lighting the Relax Candle or using the Relax Room Fragrance in the Room Fragrancer.;
- Run a warm bath or shower. Massage a capful of Deep Relax Bath & Shower Oil directly onto your torso, chest, abdomen, shoulders and around the lower back. Cup your hands, bring them to your facr and inhale deeply 3 times the restful powers of Vetivert, Camomile and Sandalwood. Step into the shower or bath and focus on your breathing.
- Massage some of our De-Stress Muscle Gel on to your skin focusing on behind your neck and ensuring all areas of the body is covered to gently relax your muscles.
