For this experience, we suggest that you play your favourite playlist of upbeat and empowering music.
Firstly, exfoliate the body using our body brush. Start off at the feet and work your way up the body with short brisk movements.
Next, take your Revive Morning Bath & Shower Oil. Apply a third of the bottle to the palm of your hand and apply the oil to the chest, abdomen, lower back and shoulders. Bring your hands to the face and take a couple of deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Step into your bath and soak for 20 minutes to fully invigorate the mind and the body.
For your second exfoliation, stand up in your bath and apply the Revive Energising Exfoliator. Really concentrate on those dry areas like your elbows & knees.
Rinse off the exfoliator with warm water and then just before you step out of the shower turn the water to cool and rinse the body with cool water to really invigorate your senses.
For an invigorating massage, take the Revive Body Oil. Starting on the arms, apply the oil in long strokes. Then utilising your thumbs and fingers, knead the forearm. Then using your knuckles, knuckle the upper arm.
Now apply your body oil to your abdomen in a clockwise direction and ensure your hands come all the way around the lower back. Apply two pumps of oil to your leg in long, firm movements. Then use your fingers in your thumbs to knead the area, followed by knuckling the area.
Find a comfortable place to sit. Apply the Revive rollerball to your wrists and behind your ears taking some time to do a breathing exercise. Breathe in through your nose for seven seconds, then out through your mouth for 11.
