"I purchase Aromatherapy products annually. These presents are always well received. But, I miss the gift wrapping service. Please reinstate this However, the online purchasing set up means I have to set at least two hours aside to successfully navigate and pay. What I really don't like is the ambiguous pre payment experience. Nce again this year I had to make a frantic call to add an item or pay extra PP and lose the discount. May I suggest Aromatherapy actually trial their website experience from beginning to end with a non ICT specialist"
