Wanting something above and beyond the customary sprinkling of lavender oil, this blend was one of the first products created by our co-founder, Geraldine Howard following her own struggles with getting to sleep. Born out of Geraldine’s studies in aromatherapy, soothing Vetivert, a natural sedative, Chamomile to de-stress and grounding Sandalwood were chosen as key essential oils proven to facilitate sleep.
