"I love AA products and buy them regularly. However the last few times I have bought things from the website I feel there is always a push to spend more. When I want to use my points I find I have to spend an additional £x before I am able to. Then when I am closing the sale there is a further push to buy additional items. Please can you stop that. It’s putting me off using the site to the point that I would rather not have the money off and shop at John Lewis. John Lewis is much more straightforward to purchase from. Sorry AA as apart from that the products are great."
