I have a nut allergy, can I use your skincare?

There are no nut oils in any of the skincare. However, please note that our Pro Barrier Boost Face Oil contains Marula Oil which people allergic to nut are advised to err on the side of caution, and patch test before use.

How quickly will I start seeing results from using Aromatherapy Associates skincare?

How do I know which products are suitable for me?

The range is suitable for all skin types, it is clinically proven suitable for sensitive skin and dermatologist approved. Are your skincare products tested on animals?

No, our products were formulated in-line with the Cruelty Free International Leaping Bunny programme. We are also a B Corporation which represents our commitment to people and planet.

We are proud to say all our blends are made by hand in the laboratory at our headquarters in West London. Partners then manufacture the products in the UK.

What preservatives do you use in your skincare products?

We use a limited number of naturally derived or synthetic preservative systems such as phenoxyethanol. We only use them when it is absolutely necessary, this
ensures the efficacy of our products is not compromised. We follow the latest research and development in this area and are constantly searching for effective, natural alternatives.

Is your skincare collection natural?

They are not 100% natural, and here's why:

We believe that some of the most powerful ingredients can be found in nature, and this is always our starting point, so our pure essential oil blend found in the collection is 100% natural and hand blended in our laboratories in London.


However as cosmetic science and skincare has evolved, we have the opportunity to enhance formulations with ingredients created and/or adapted in a laboratory by cosmetic scientists. Our commitment to our consumer is finding the best possible ingredients that work on both skin and mind.

Does your skincare contain alcohol?

No, our skincare does not contain alcohol.

Does your skincare contain artificial fragrance?

No, our products’ scent is naturally derived from the essential oils used in the blends.
