For those going through a challenging time, our Inner Strength Bath & Shower Oil has been especially blended to help deliver resilience and positivity to get you through the day.

 

Focused on major life upheavals and stressful situations which can be both physically and mentally taxing, when emotions are running high and you require a little extra boost of mental strength. It was created when our co-founder Geraldine Howard was undergoing cancer treatment, drawing on her extensive studies in aromatherapy to find the most potent oils that would deliver the comfort she needed.

 

This resulted in focusing frankincense, as well as cardamom to support you when you feel run down and worn out, while clary sage offers clarity and balance. We like to think of this blend as a wellbeing hug.

How to use

    Before getting into your bath or shower, warm one capful of the Bath & Shower Oil in cupped hands.

    Apply to your torso, shoulders and lower back.
  3. 3
    Massage it gently into your skin to distribute it evenly, focusing on areas that may need extra care, such as dry elbows, knees and shoulders.
  4. 4
    Cup your hands and bring them to your face, take a deep breath in & out, then step into your bath or shower.
  5. 5
    Then apply your usual body cleanser in your bath or shower.
