"Fabulous product and a firm favourite of mine The loss of one star is because Aromatherapy Associates say they are a B Corp and are environmentally friendly. I put in three separate orders (because I was advised not to put in such big orders by Aromatherapy Associates themselves) two arrived in the same van - and one arrived on a separate van 6 hours later. Your drivers ring the bell and immediately leave - in the 2nd case I was by the door and could not see the parcel - guy was hot-footing it down the path and told me it was hidden in some bushes - not brilliant delivery"

"I love all the the bath oils by Aromatherapy Associates , they are indulgent and worth every penny as they smell divine and make your skin feel beautiful and support Equilibrium is my absolute favourite. The smell , especially the geranium and frankincense, is beautiful and fills my whole ensuite bathroom and bedroom with the most gorgeous scent. I only wish they did this in a room spray or even a perfume."

Top quality, great fragrance

"My mum was an aromatherapist back in the day when no one had really heard of such a thing. She bought her essential oils from France and quality was very important to her. These bath oils always remind me of her. Not just the fragrance but the quality of the product. Love them."

Extra item sent , not wanted

"This oil is exactly the scent I was expecting, unfortunately I was NOT expecting 2 of the same. I most definitely did not update my order as your 2nd email on 24th Sept suggested. I emailed you that day but had no response. I have now received my credit card statement with 2 separate charges. I wish to return the 2nd item but am wary of doing this without notification from you that I will be refunded £47. . I wait to hear from you"
