Before getting into your bath or shower, warm one capful of the Bath & Shower Oil in cupped hands.

2Apply to your torso, shoulders and lower back.

3Massage it gently into your skin to distribute it evenly, focusing on areas that may need extra care, such as dry elbows, knees and shoulders.

"I love all the the bath oils by Aromatherapy Associates , they are indulgent and worth every penny as they smell divine and make your skin feel beautiful and support Equilibrium is my absolute favourite. The smell , especially the geranium and frankincense, is beautiful and fills my whole ensuite bathroom and bedroom with the most gorgeous scent. I only wish they did this in a room spray or even a perfume."

"My mum was an aromatherapist back in the day when no one had really heard of such a thing. She bought her essential oils from France and quality was very important to her. These bath oils always remind me of her. Not just the fragrance but the quality of the product. Love them."

"This oil is exactly the scent I was expecting, unfortunately I was NOT expecting 2 of the same. I most definitely did not update my order as your 2nd email on 24th Sept suggested. I emailed you that day but had no response. I have now received my credit card statement with 2 separate charges. I wish to return the 2nd item but am wary of doing this without notification from you that I will be refunded £47. . I wait to hear from you"
