Over the years, he has developed extensive expertise across product quality, compliance and innovation, helping ensure every formulation meets the highest possible standards before reaching customers.

His approach combines technical precision with a strong understanding of the customer experience, balancing safety, efficacy and sensorial appeal. Mathew specialises in product quality assurance, global compliance, essential oil regulatory frameworks and formulation improvement, while also supporting the development of new and exciting product concepts.

Working closely with the Master Blender and Technical Development teams, he helps ensure each blend delivers both wellbeing benefits and regulatory integrity.
