Calm breath in a bottle!

"I have lots of different sensory mists, all from different brands and price points. I decided to try this one from Aromatherapy Associates as I have some of the body oils and find these to be the best and most effective, so wanted that in my home for moments of peace and calm (stressful home with young children) I have to say this is one of the most beautiful room mists for an instant deep, calming feeling where your shoulders go down and you can feel your senses regulating and your body saying “thank you”. I have enjoyed this everyday since purchasing and have used on bed linen, sofa and even on my clothes for when I need that gentle calm feeling."
