With uplifting rose and balancing geranium it’s also great for lifting your spirits. It also contains frankincense, an essential oil known to help with focus, so it can help sharpen the mind during times imbalance. Before stepping into the shower, you can dial up the benefits of this blend by cupping a few drops in your hands and deeply inhaling three times.

How to use

    Before getting into your bath or shower, warm one capful of the Bath & Shower Oil in cupped hands.

    Apply to your torso, shoulders and lower back.
  3. 3
    Massage it gently into your skin to distribute it evenly, focusing on areas that may need extra care, such as dry elbows, knees and shoulders.
  4. 4
    Cup your hands and bring them to your face, take a deep breath in & out, then step into your bath or shower.
  5. 5
    Then apply your usual body cleanser in your bath or shower.
