It was one of the first products created by our co-founder, Geraldine Howard following her own struggles with getting to sleep. Wanting something above and beyond the customary sprinkling of lavender oil, this blend was born out of Geraldine’s studies in aromatherapy, selecting the key essential oils proven to facilitate sleep.
